Sustainable development

Without innovation there is no progress. And without progress there is no future. We must improve today to create a better tomorrow. That's why at Campos we take sustainability very seriously.

GOALS

Aware that the success of our organization depends on maintaining a balance between sustainability and profitability, we have adhered to the 2030 Agenda approved by the United Nations General Assembly and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Business principles

We use and believe in LEAN not only as a tool but also as a philosophy to achieve excellence in the company.

1

Innovation

At Campos we have the latest technology and the most efficient production processes.
2

Recycling

We obtain fibers from other industries, which we recycle to create new materials, giving a new life to all the waste that would otherwise be discarded.
3

Chemical-free

Our production processes use methods in which not a single harmful chemical agent is used.

Water consumption (liters) per meter produced

At Campos Montaverner we are aware of the need to use water responsibly, and we have managed to optimise its use, especially in cleaning and consumption tasks.

As a result, we have managed to reduce water consumption by 66%.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Aware that the success of our organisation depends on maintaining a balance between sustainability and profitability, we have adhered to the 2030 Agenda approved by the United Nations General Assembly and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Health and well-being

We contribute to SDG 3 by making the workplace safer, and by supporting work-life balance through the establishment of personalised flexible working hours.
We achieve a safe workplace as a result of integrating disciplines based on Order and Discipline into our work routines.
In addition, we contribute to work-life balance by establishing different flexible working hours according to the needs of each member of our organisation, especially as young people are becoming increasingly important in management in today’s team

Quality education / Partnerships to achieve the goals

We contribute to SDG 4 and SDG 17 by providing ongoing training for our team members.
We rely on partnerships with our suppliers, including experts in organisation and continuous improvement, to provide ongoing training to each and every member of the organisation. In this way, we ensure that the methodology becomes a matter of routine.

Decent work and economic growth

We contribute to SDG 8, using LEAN methodology to make our internal production and management processes more efficient.
Machinery acquisitions go hand in hand with the growth of the organisation, and always within the framework of energy efficiency.

Industry innovation and infrastructure

The philosophy of Continuous Improvement helps us to achieve a satisfactory working environment in the organisation, with sound processes and the growth of the people who manage them.
Machinery acquisitions go hand in hand with the growth of the organisation, and always within the framework of energy efficiency.

Responsible production and consumption

We contribute to SDG 12 by separating waste and recovering some of it.
We use recycled materials for the manufacture of several of our products, and we separate all types of waste, focusing our actions on minimizing its production.

Quality and innovation

Our dedication, hard work and constant endeavour to be sustainable have been rewarded with international certificates that accredit our work and commitment with the official backing of associations and organisations worldwide.
